Senior Pastor Terry Workman
His ministry has also been extensively international; Terry has preached the Gospel in over 20 countries, and has taken part in missionary ventures on 6 continents. He has been a key part of several church and organization boards around the world, and uses stories and lessons from his travels throughout his sermons.
In his time at Victory, Terry founded Victory Academy, a fully state accredited school with over 300 students. The church has also helped found the Care Pregnancy Clinic, a pillar in the anti-abortion fight as well as a source of help and hope for women at risk of abortion.
Pastor Terry is married to his wife of 32 years, Jasmine Doctorian Workman, and together they have two grown children and 4 grandchildren.
Spanish Pastor Duilio Canossa
Duilio and Ligia Canossa are the pastors of Iglesia Victoria en Cristo, Victory's Spanish Church. This vision of this ministry is to reach the Spanish-speaking community with the message of Jesus Christ through preaching, food distribution programs, marriage home groups, Bible study groups, and its radio station, Radio Amor 91.9 FM, and by reaching the lost through missions in Latin American countries.
Pastors Duilio and Ligia have been married for 25 years and have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Pastor Duilio loves reading history books, especially books on church history.
Children's Pastors - Paul and Lori Johnson
Paul and Lori have been married for 25 years and have two children. Paul also works as a sales manager for Blue Bell Ice Cream Corporate, and he can tell you about all 20,372 of their flavors (maybe it's not that many but Paul would know!). The Johnsons also like to spend their Saturdays cheering on the Tigers.
Youth Pastor Kirby Pearson
Kirby and Jennifer both graduated from LSU, where they met. They were married August 7, 2010 and have two sons, Rylan and Isaac, and one daughter, Noemi. Kirby enjoys sports- especially baseball and soccer; and likes playing guitar and finding new guitar pedals!
Guest Pastor Aimie Fountain
Aimie has been married to her husband, Jason, for over 7 years and they have one daughter, Ainsley, and one son, Jase. Together they enjoy LSU games, collecting (and reading) books, and cooking.
Worship Pastor Nic Miller
Nic has been married to his lovely wife Jessica for over eight years, and they have four daughters, Adalyn, Amalee, Emmarie, and Ella Joy. His hobbies include music, frisbee, and running.
Associate Pastor Ben Workman
Ben has been married for six years to his awesome wife Elisa and they have two sons, Elijah and Eliam, and one daughter, Hava. During Ben’s free time he likes to play music, take long walks on the beach, and eat Buffalo Wild Wings.
